We needed to boost the open rate for emails about the Strategic Leadership Program. I rewrote the copy, changed the design and A/B tested the subject line (the winner was "Where do you see your career in six months?") When sent, this email got a 55% open rate and 3% conversion rate.

I worked with Vicky Diaz-Camacho on this story on Latinx Murals, helping her sharpen the focus of the story and making sure the structure was sound. After publication, this story became Flatland's first story to make it onto "Canvas," the arts blog for PBS.
